Nik and Ashley’s lifelong adventure started when the two met at work in 2013. Nik moved from Southern California where he was born and raised to work with General Electric (GE) as a Software Engineer. He was hired for programming experience. Ashley moved from Phoenix Arizona to San Francisco to work with GE as a Software Engineer specializing in Web Technologies. Ashley and Nik were introduced by co-workers, and friends at GE. Nik and Ashley established their relationship as great friends before realizing what was meant to be. Two years into their relationship Nik and Ashley had their first date on February 14th which they are proud to promote to their wedding date. Since then Nik and Ashley have grown closer together by cooking together, traveling for pleasure and to be with family, working closely together, and drinking wine.

Nik and Ashley got engaged in Kauai, Hawaii. Nik had the opportunity to involve some of Ashley’s family members as it was a family vacation. Nik was able to surprise Ashley by getting down on one knee at Waimea Canyon with the canyon and waterfalls in the background.

Nik and Ashley are so fortunate to have the love and support of their friends and family. They understand that wherever life takes them they will have joy and love in all aspects. The two are excited and anxious to spend the rest of their lives together and finding the path that make them happy.
